Investigating - We currently have an issue in the test environment where test users get the error: "Payment failed" in the test app or response "500 Internal Server Error" when using the Force approve endpoints through the API. Our team is investigating, and we will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available. Not all test users are affected and this can often be resolved by creating a new test user.
